The easiest gel to use with its light-weight formula that is fast-drying, non-smudge, non-sticky. Helps to create fluffy brows to help appear look fuller and bolder. This double-ended gel appears white then dries clear! Apply and style with this 3 application process: Brush gel through bare brow hairs, comb the product through, then lay them down with the brush to hold in place all day.
